All of our cakes are made with love and may have slight imperfections due to the handmade nature of this delicious craft. We do our absolute best to recreate the images displayed on our website, and slight variations in colour and decoration are expected.

Fresh fruit and flower decorations are subject to seasonal availability and may vary slightly from what is displayed on our website. Please send us an enquiry or call us during business hours if you have further questions about what flowers and fruits are available.

We pride ourselves on using high quality, fresh ingredients. We cannot guarantee any cake to be 100% allergen free – our kitchen contains nuts, gluten products, and dairy.

Deposit

All orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit before confirmation. Your order will not be fulfilled without this deposit.

Cancellation Policy

The preparation for your delicious cakes starts a couple of days before your pick up date.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your order of a standard cake as seen in our menu, you must do so 48 hours before the scheduled pick up time.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your custom order cake, you must do so 72 hours before the scheduled pick up time.

Confirming your order with us is considered acceptance of the terms of service outlined above.
